Every season follows the same three beats.

You click, it counts
On the matches that go on air, each game has a short window where viewers click for a side — and those clicks add to its score.

It closes open
When the season ends the seed itself is revealed, and every result can be checked against it.
The format
Leagues, cups and a ladder.
A tournament is more than one league: it is a ladder that moves every season, with knockouts on top.
Divisions
Competitors are split into divisions. Every season the best move up and the worst move down.
Playoffs
After its league, each division sends its top finishers into a knockout bracket.
Category cups
Competitors from the same category meet in their own cup, whenever the category is big enough.
World Cup
Once a tournament is large enough, the best from across the divisions meet in one knockout.
The draft
Those who don't fit in a division wait in the draft, and play for a place in the next season.
Non-stop
When a season closes, the next one starts on its own.
Fair play
Nobody picks the winners.
Chance is part of every match. So the chance has to be the same for everyone, and it has to be checkable.
A random seed
Every draw of the season comes from one random seed, chosen before the season starts.
Locked in from day one
Its fingerprint is made public as the season opens, before any match — so it can't be swapped once play begins.
Revealed at the end
The seed is published when the season closes — nobody, us included, gets to pick the results.
